Terms & Conditions

- Payments will be refunded if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.

- Kiddy Cook Hillingdon are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.

- Kiddy Cook Hillingdon reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

- You must declare all medical conditions including any food allergies during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at *relevant contact details*.

- You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed or recorded for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.

- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for sessions will be given priority.

- Please note you can only book 1 place for the whole term eg you can book Tuesday but not Tuesday and Thursday.

-You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

- We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.

- Parents who are on the current term will not be able to book again until the term after ie. Parents can't book twice in a row for the terms so that other children can experience the club.

- If there are any sessions missed due to typical bad weather or illnesses etc, Kiddy Cook Hillingdon will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded for that session.
