Terms & Conditions

- Payments will be refunded if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.

- Kiddy Cook Hillingdon are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.

- Kiddy Cook Hillingdon reserves the right to remove the child from the club, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

- You must declare all medical conditions including any food allergies during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at *relevant contact details*.

- You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed or recorded for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.

- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for sessions will be given priority. Occasionally, the booking system has a little moment and shows more spaces than we actually have available. If the system has a wobble, don’t worry — booking timestamps will be looked into and we’ll email to confirm your spot as soon as possible.

- Please note you can only book 1 place/session for the whole term eg you can book Tuesday but not Tuesdays and Thursdays during the same week.

-You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

- We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances such as if the child is sick or they have changed their minds. Discretion might be given if the full term is booked.

- Cannon Lane School - Parents who are on the current term will not be able to book again until the term after ie. Parents can't book twice in a row for the terms so that other children can experience the club.

- If there are any sessions missed due to typical bad weather or illnesses etc, Kiddy Cook Hillingdon will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded for that session.
